I have just bought one of these as so many people seem to rave about them; does anyone have some recipes they can share or general do's / donts please? Thanks : )

bumping as i have misplaced the leaflet that came with mine I have cook chops, roast vegs chicken roast port and roast lamb in mine find that the food is moist and tender highly recommend them but would like more ideas
