My cookies I make are a good size, placing 12 on each tray, and makes 26 biscuits. The chocolate chip of choice could either be milk, dark, or white chocolate. I prefer white, using Whittakers chocolate chopped up. Heavenly. This is an adapted recipe, similar to others, yet not as soft as those with 2 eggs. I also use Queen organic vanilla essence, using just half a teaspoon.
Chocolate chip cookies
250g butter 100g sugar 115g brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 c flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 c chocolate chip
Cream butter with sugar. Add egg and mix. Add vanilla. Add flour with baking soda, then add chocolate chips. Place sponfuls on the tray, press with a fork. Bake at 180C for 12 minutes.
