30mins per 500gms at 180c. Suggest for your crackle: score pork really well with a sharp knife in thin lines right around the pork. rub with butter/marg andsalt. Put into hot oven 200c for 20 mins, then remove, cool oven to 180c and cook for remaining time as above. Enjoy!
