put in crock pot with onion, carrot , beef stock to cover . you can add other root veges/potatoes , kumera if you want. season. or if you want you can add a tin of tomatoes.

dont forget the curry powder and a bit of worc sauce. my hubbys favourite.
This is what I do with shoulder and loin chops: brown in a hot pan, lightly fry 2 sliced onions till there golden then into the crockpot with a sachet of french onion soup and 1C of water. I cook them all day long
