Please can anyone help me locate this recipe...I asked our littl'un what he would like me to bake today and now I can't find the recipe!!!Helpppppppp!Will go off and have a google but am sure I saw it on here...

Left hand column, type weetbix ginger crunch into the keyword, put in anytime and then press search. It will come up as ginger crunch, but if you scroll down a bit you will find someone has added weetbix to the base. Hope this helps.

I too have been searching and finally found a recipe - not tried yet but here it is
Ingredients: 6 Weetbix, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup coconut, 200g butterm, 1 tsp ginger.
Method: Melt butter and mix all ingredients together.Press into greased lamington tin. Bake 350F for 15-20 min until brown.
Icing: Ice when hot with 1ox butter, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 tblespoon golden syrup, 2 tsp ginger.
