Annabel LANGBEIN'S ginger and pear muffins

Ginger and Pear Muffins. I think this recipe was in one of Annabel's earlier books. If anyone has the recipeI would love to get it. Thanks.

perkyp, I don't know if this is Annabel's recipe - it's from Trademe Cooks.....

"Pear & Ginger Muffins
2 cups flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch ground nutmeg and cloves, 2 t ginger, 1 t cinnamon, 1 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup oil, 3 tblsp golden syrup, 1 egg, 1 and 1/2 cups diced fresh pear, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/4 cup chopped almonds Mix flour, sugar, bs, salt and spices in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix yoghurt, oil, egg and golden syrup. Pour into a well in the dry mix, gently fold in the pears, raisins and nuts. Spoon into muffin tins and bake 200C for 14 minutes. Thanks, I will try your recipe, they sound as if they will be moist. I can add chopped ginger as well to get that " ginger hit "
