I would like to manuka smoke some beef steak. Has anyone done this and like to share?

Sorry no I haven't smoked it but I have tasted it and it is fantastic it was fillet steak and it was cooked rare and it was so good I don't think i will ever forget it. Hope yours works out well

OOh not sure that it is fisher, it wasn't dried stuff that I had it was a fillet of beef smoked, maybe we are talking about different things, mine was delish and was a steak and not a dried meat slice
