It's one of those days when I want to do something more than a sandwich, but not really sure what to make for the family of 5 for lunch.Only have about an hour before we need to go out.Any quick ideas???

I've just made a leek & blue cheese quiche & a apple pie. Thought I'd make chicken enchiladas for tea. That's me set for the day

I've got family coming for lunch on Sunday so going to do a batch of sweet pinwheels and a batch of savoury pinwheels .... then some nice fresh bread with cold meat and salad etc

Toasted sandwiches Scrambled eggs French toast Pizza (on hamburger halves if no pizza base) Noodles and throw in some vege.
All quick easy lunches that my kids think are really special ;)
