would anybody who watches this programme be able to give me the correct spelling of benockie pie? that's what it sounds like but can not find it in google so think its the spelling, Have looked at the show on line but they only give you the winning recipes of that night this was not a winner but am interested in finding the recipe be-knock-key pie

masterchef NZ is on facebook, you can join there and get recipes etc... ... . . and yep, it is banoffee pie which is basically banana/caramel toffe type dessert.
