Should be fine. If they go a little soft just refresh them in the oven. I have made them a week ahead & even longer to freeze.

Definitely. Store in a dry place.

Yes, take out any soft centre and store in an airtight container.

yum yum... I have just taken my first batch from the oven, and they look GREAT... yum...
