thanks to this stupid stupid weather :( and of course i was making it to take to a barbie you know for some other people to try,but personally i think the measurements on the butter wrapper was wrong it was the mainland butter wrapper.

i had the pastry in the fridge before doing anything with it and make matters worse its a pastry recipe i have always used with no problems and this time there was problems with it but i think it was the measurements on the butter packet it was mainland and when i sliced off thier 150g it was a lot for 150g..
and yes i made sure the butter was rock solid before rubbing it in the flour :( but it failed and yesterday was the first time i was trying it as something to take up to a barbie lol
