Steamed stuffed chicken wings I am looking for an asian type recipe where the chicken wings are stuffed with mushrooms etc.and then steamed not fried.Have tried googling but everything seems to be fried at some stage |

Am wanting to make stuffed chicken mini roasts Have a couple of recipes. One uses chicken breasts, which im not overly fussed on as meat too dry. The other uses thigh cutlets. Stuffed chicken breast question? I said to the kids we will have this for tea so was going to do a little ham inside. Usually I use cream cheese and ham but don't have any cream cheese. Would Parmesan or normal cheese be better! Thanks |

Recipe for Boneless Mushroom stuffed chicken Does anyone have a recipe for this.I've a fancy to bone out the chicken and stuff it with mushrooms, onions and maybe a little bacon.However I can find a recipe that even comes close to this when googling for it.Any help would be most appreciated.TIA. |
