Healthy pancakes

Ingredients
- 120g flour (1 cup)⁣
- 1 tsp vanilla (or cinnamon)⁣
- 1 tsp baking powder ⁣
- 1/4 tsp salt⁣
- 175ml soy milk (3/4 cup)⁣
- 1 tbsp maple syrup ⁣
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil ⁣
- 1 apple⁣

Method
1. Combine the flour, vanilla (cinnamon), baking powder and salt in a bowl. ⁣
2. Add the soy milk, maple syrup and vegetable oil and whisk until well combined. ⁣
3. Remove the core of the apple and cut into slices. ⁣
4. Coat each slice with the pancake batter and cook on a pan with a little oil (About 2 mins on each side).⁣
