COCO-Macadamia Granola ❤️

Served with coconuts and homemade macadamia milk✨

▪️ 2 cups organic gluten free oats
▪️ 1 cup macadamias
▪️ 1 cup buckinis
▪️ 1 cup flaked coconut
▪️ 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
▪️ 1/2 cup organic maple syrup
▪️ 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Then add coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla essence, mix well.
4. Scatter granola over a lined baking tray (you may need to bake in two batches).
5. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning every few minutes. Allow to cool completely.
6. Store in air tight jar or pour into coconut bowls and serve with coconut yoghurt, berries and plant based milk.
Serves 10.
