Chicken Like the Colonel's Spice Mix

Create a homemade spice blend inspired by the Colonel's famous recipe. This mix includes a combination of herbs, spices, and a few secret ingredients to give your chicken that iconic flavor.

Ingredients
▪️ 1 tablespoon rosemary
▪️ 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
▪️ 1 tablespoon powdered sage
▪️ 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
▪️ 1 teaspoon marjoram
▪️ 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
▪️ 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
▪️ 3 tablespoons dry minced parsley
▪️ 1 teaspoon pepper
▪️ 1 tablespoon paprika
▪️ 2 tablespoons garlic salt
▪️ 2 tablespoons onion salt
▪️ 2 tablespoons powdered chicken bouillon (or 4 cubes, mashed)
▪️ 1 package Lipton tomato cup-a-soup mix

Method
1. Blend all ingredients for 3-4 minutes or rub through a fine strainer.
2. Store in an airtight container to maintain potency.
3. To use, add 1 oz. of the mix to a cup of flour for coating chicken.
