Ingredients
▪️ 500g gnocchi
▪️ 2 cups tomato sauce
▪️ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
▪️ 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
▪️ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
▪️ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
▪️ 2 tablespoons olive oil
▪️ 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
▪️ Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
