I have been trying to find and recipe for a casserole or like with lamb or beef, eggplant, tomatoes and any other veges, but have'nt had luck. Any ideas? I tried a dish once and I remember it had these three ingrdients and prob more. Very tasy and a yummy juice.

I am thankful for rnniung water and the opportunity to get a quality education.
