Sorry, brain fart. 7g yeast then further down is 1 teaspoon salt (not sure why I put yeast a second time, oops)

Changed recipe below. BTW, it was no problem, that was one of the recipes I want to make (you just got me motivated to re-watch it lol) :)

I love his bread recipes. So far I have made cabatta and focacia and they both turned out really yum.
