Hi, I've packed my copy as we are moving house but was wondering if someone would be able to post the turkey stuffing recipe.It is in the poultry section and has bacon, mince & sausage meat in it etc. Thank you.

1 small onion 2 oz bacon 1 oz butter 1/2 lb sausage mince 3 c fresh breadcrumbs 1 dsp parsley 1/2 t mixed herbs pinch nutmeg 1 egg s & p, milk Hope this is the one.

the one on page 87 differs slightly. also has 1 tsp grated lemon rind And has 2 tsp parsley
I was making the egg and bacon pie out of it yesterday, cooking the onion while finishing the pastry. Hmm, that onion doesn't smell good. Oh damn, I've got the wrong element on (again). Got nice element marks on the cover now lol
If you need the method, sing out, will be hanging around tomorrow.
