I know my son has it for me for Christmas and am dying to look at it but of course he won't let me.He kindly scanned one recipe that he really wants me to make!

I can't say that I know anything about it really, who has produced it, and who's does it feature?

It has recipes with speights as one of the ingredients (in beef pies and stuff) and recipes from the speights ale houses..which are soo good! Just google the name if you want to read the overview.. Should be good though :)
