Yummy chicken nibble marinade please

Wanting a really scrummy sticky recipe for chicken nibbles.
Mine never seems tasty or sticky enough.
We hate anything too spicy though so one with not much sweet thai in it.
thanks

*** The Tamari Soy sauce is Japanese and is quite dear but well worth spending the extra on! It's unlike any other I've had or tried.

I have used other Soy sauces in this marinade before but since using Tamari I haven't looked back! ***

1/2c teriyaki sauce, 2Tbsp oil, 1tsp grated ginger, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2Tbsp sherry, 2Tbsp honey, 1/2tsp sesame oil, 1/2tsp 5 spice powder 1Tbsp sesame seeds scattered over the top after or added to marinade whatever you prefer
Oh and this is enough for 2kg of wings :)

These sound good. Would I buy the Tamari sauce in an Asian store!

Yes, Japanese food shops will have it, also in health food shops.
