Thoughts on cooking time please

I have two nice lean pork strips etc about 5cm across diametre.So I am attempting a "pork wellington" adaptation of beef wellington!I have sandwiched the strips together with a tasty mix of cranberry / apple / pork pate and they are rolled up in clingwrap in fridge ready to go into the puff pastry.How long would you cook for? and what temp? Thanks
