Chewy Chocolate Chip Biscuits 200 grams butter 1 cup white sugar 1 cup soft brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla essence 3 cups flour pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder 2 cups chocolate chips
Melt butter and add both white and brown sugar in and cream these together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll into medium sized balls and put on a well greased baking tray. Make sure ingredient is not too wet! Bake at 180C for 8 - 10 minutes.
