hey. . what about custard shortbread or normal shortbread. . you can make them with what you have. . another idea is. . try googling vegan recipes. . and you should easily find something (since they don't contain egg) hope thats vaguely helpful
Heres a recipe for Custard Shortbreads:
185 g butter/marg ⅓ cup icing sugar 1½ cups plain flour ⅓ cup custard powder
Cream butter and icing sugar, add sifted flour and custard powder, and a dash of vanilla. Mix well. Form into balls and place onto greased oven trays and press with a fork to form biscuits. Bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes.

How about shortbread, melting moments, hokey pokey biscuits, honey crisps, ( you'd need a spoonful of either golden syrup, honey or condensed milk for either of those )

Honey Crisps
100g honey 50 g sugar 100g butter 100g flour 2 t baking powder 1 t ground ginger
Melt honey, sugar and butter just until combined, remove from heat and add dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Drop in teaspoonfuls on oiled tray. Bake about 10 to 12 mins at 180C. Watch these as they can burn. Leave to cool for a few mins before removing from tray.
