I wanna make some falafel (I have the pre made ones) and put them in pita pockets for a turkish meal tomorrow.I want to also cook some chicken breasts to slice up and put in pockets too with hummus, salad and tzatziki stuff - what do i rub on the chicken to make it taste like a turkish kebab?

Marinate the chicken in yoghurt, cumin and garlic.

For chicken breasts and hour or so will do.For chicken thighs (my preference) overnight is better.
