Does anyone have a tried and loved recipe for Turkish Bread?Would prefer one that is not done in a bread maker.TIA

Turkish bread is made from a 'sponge' - it's a bit like a 'bug' you keep feeding everyday.You take an amount off it to bake then feed the rest and keep it going like that.
