tarshlove, you can do many variations with this:
+ 1 cup of roughly chopped walnuts added after the white chocolate makes a very creamy Walnut Fudge
+ 1 tsp ground ginger in the mix at the start, and then 1 cup chopped crytallized ginger added at the end makes a creamy Ginger Fudge
