I would like to make some of those fruit biscuits that are pastry with sultanas etc in between and sort of rolled thin (if you know what I mean). I just don't know what type of pastry to use to make them. Any suggestions? Thanks

sorry I don't have a recipe - but at school we use to call them "fly cemetries" ... didn't stop us eating them mind you!

were they homemade or the commercial ones?
