Oaty Bars Got this one off here a while ago. Very easy and very tasty. 150gms butter, 1 tbsp golden syrup, 1. 5 cups brown sugar - microwave together for 2 mins. 1. 5 cups flour (I use wholemeal), 1 cup rolled oats, 0. 5 cup coconut, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup dried fruit, seeds, or mixture. Bake 180oc for 10 mins. Easy peasy!

Just made the Fudgey Brownies and substituted brown flour for white flour and raw sugar for white sugar. Very yummy! Also making the Peanut Butter Cookies too and they are yummo. Canadian Shortbread will be the next thing I make.

easy choc crunch cream 4 oz butter and 4 oz sugar add 1 cup flour 1tsp baking powder 1 Tbsp cocoa and 1 cup coconut. Mix all together press into a well greased or lined square cake tin bake 180oC for 20 mins cool for 10 mins then turn out, ice with choc icing and sprinkle with coconut before cutting into slices. So easy and so yummy, i make this twice a week normally while dinner is cooking.
