Hi I went to a quiz last year where they had different spices to taste and you had to guess what they were - I am helping with a quiz night so are there any suggestions for spices that we could taste and some that are similar to each other??

Just a thought.What about making something Dukkah or the like with different spice mixes, and have them identify the spices that go into it
