this is the one i use. . its soo yummy. . found it on the internet a while back. . best one ive ever made. .
This is Pandoro's Chocolate Brownie recipe (courtesy of Annabelle White's "Best Ever Cakes and Slices") and it is truely divine.
100 g cocoa 200 g butter, melted 400g or 2 cups caster sugar (this is not a misprint! ) 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 90 g flour 1 tsp baking powder 200 g chocolate chips
Sift cocoa into a large mixing bowl. Add melted sutter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix to a smooth paste. Sift in flour and baking powder, and then add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into a 20cm x 30 cm Swiss- roll tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degress C for 65 minutes.

3/4 cup Marg or butter, 1½ cups brown sugar, 1½ tsp vanilla, 3 eggs, ½ C plain flour, ¼ cup Wholemeal flour, ½ C cocoa, ½tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt¼ C chopped nuts or raisins or combination of both.
Pre heat oven to 180 degees C
Melt the marg/butter and using wooden spoon, blend it with the sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and beat well. Combine the dry ingredients and nuts/raisins and gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended.
Bake at 180 for 30-40 mins or until the brownie begins to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool and cut into squares. Can scatter with icing sugar or ice with chocolate icing before cutting up.
Really easy to make and really yummy
