Here you go and thanks for asking as l hadn't seen it Chocolate brownies 250g butter, chopped 250g dark chocolate, chopped 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup plain flour 3 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons cocoa, sifted Stir butter, chocolate and brown sugar in saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth, cool slightly Mix eggs and vanilla into chocolate mixture, sift in flour and cocoa Stir until combined Pour mixture into a baking paper lined 18cm square cake pan Bake 190C for 30-35 minutes or until just set Allow to cool completely in pan then remove and cut into squares for serving Store in airtight container
