Method: Melt the butter & cocoa together gently over a low heat. Form a paste and remove from heat. Add the sugar, stir well. Add the eggs, stir well. Add the baking mix, stir well.
Transfer into a tin. Sprinkle chopped chocolate (and nuts or dried fruit is using them) over the top. Bake at 180 for 20 minutes until slightly risen and cracks formed on top. Remove and allow to cool properly before slicing into pieces.

And it only uses 50gm of baking mix?

Yes and yes...It's gluten free + uses more cocoa than you would normally be used to using.
It's never failed... I baked it in a coal range + baked it without measuring...
