Hi, thought I would ask in here.when you need to replace some lids do you just find a local rep or do you have to send away??

went to a tupperware party this past Monday evening 3 people bought items that needed to be replaced. The tupperware agent said they get sent to wellington and accessed as to whether the item will be replaced for free or not

When I needed a piece replaced I emailed them off there website and a local rep just rang me to arrange replacement.Really easy.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
