Thanks. Yeah I bought the Healthy Foods one for myself for Xmas too. Just saw this other one for Sale on Trade Me so would like to see one before I buy or at least hear what others have to say about it.

Yes I;ve had Sophie Johnson's Gluten Free Cookbook out of the library a couple of times. The photography wasn't outstanding, but an appealing range of recipes and her gluten free pasta dough recipe is great, we like like it much more than bette hagmans recipe. You do need a pasta machine tho. I haven't tried her other recipes but have copied a few down. Hope that helps. See if your library can get it on interloan (try Wanganui library).
