has anyone made this? I just have and it looked as though the mix had a cudled texture. I wondered putting lemon in cream can make it curdle. oh well I will have to see how it turns out in the morning. Just realised with alcohol the kids wont be able to eat it, just as well I have lots of tip top in the freezer.

The kids will be fine.They have plenty of time to sober up before they're back at school. Just keep them away from the trampoline in the meantime.
