What flavour? I have lots... Here are a couple:

Milk chocolate: http://www.mrscake.co.nz/2010/05/milk-chocolate-ice-cream.html Brandy snap flavour: http://www.mrscake.co.nz/2010/10/brandy-snap-ice-cream.html Milk ice-cream (like a really fresh, light plain ice-cream - great with rich desserts): http://www.mrscake.co.nz/2010/04/milk-ice-cream.html Super easy caramel ice-cream: http://www.mrscake.co.nz/2010/11/super-easy-caramel-ice-cream-no-ice.html

I have loads of others but these are already written up so easier to give you. ;-)

Annabel Langbein had an ice cream recipe on her show a couple weeks ago - looked really good and was versatile - you could adapt flavours easily.

The first three of my recipes will be much easier with an ice-cream maker but you can always just pop the mixture in the freezer and stir to break up crystals every half hour until it gets reasonably thick. The by-hand method will not make ice-cream that is quite as creamy but it'll still taste good. :-) And the easy caramel ice-cream doesn't need the ice-cream maker at all.

3 eggs separated into different bowls, 1/2c sugar and 300ml cream. Beat whites till firm and add 1/4c sugar, beat again. Beat yolks and 1/4c sugar till thickened. beat cream in another bowl till firm. Blend all together and freeze for 6 hrs before eating. Add crushed bikkies or chocolate, or fruit after blending together. Do njot add vanilla essence, makes it too sweet. You could reduce the amount of sugar if adding other sweet flavours. No need to stir once put in the freezer and is a tasty icecream. Cruched gingernuts and pineapple is yummy.

Beat 600mls cream. Add a can of condensed milk and beat again. Add any flavouring you like - e.g. mashed banana or strawberries, chocolate chips, we particularly like maple syrup added.
Freeze in a container. Works well in cones or bowls.

another favourite for special occassions
Cookies and Cream Icecream
600 mil cream, a tin condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence, a packet of chocolate buscuits, oreos work well, as do tim tams.
beat cream, condensed milk and vanilla until thick, fold in crushed buscuits. freeze. (dont crush the buscuits too finely, nice to have chunks too)
