This link will download the pdf of the instruction manual for the WM800B.I doubt there is much difference between the 700B and the 800B maker.
The download should be almost instant, a few seconds at the most.

paddypf I do my waffles on the highest heat.
Is it like the 800b or is it one of those ones that make smaller waffles like penguins etc.

here is the recipe I got with mine:
2 large eggs seperated
2tsps sugar
¾cup milk
½cup water
1tsp Vanilla essence
¼tsp salt
2 large cups self raising flour or plain flour and 2tsps heaped of baking powder
2Tbsp cornflour
80g butter melted.

You will need 2 bowls for this.
In bowl 1 put the eggs whites and salt, beat until stiff.

In bowl 2 beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
Add milk, water, van ess, and mix well
sift in the dry ingredients, beat really well, add more milk and water if it is very thick. needs to be a batter like consistency, slightly thiner than you would use to coat fish.
when well mixed add the butter, and then fold in the egg whites, I use a whisk to do this.
I use about 1/3rd to ½cup per waffle,
Mine is a WM800, same as the 800B
