*1/2cupfresh orange juice (about 1 orange) * 1/3cupfresh grapefruit juice * 2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice * 1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil * 1tablespoonhoney * 1tablespoonDijon mustard * 1tablespoonlow-sodium soy sauce * 2teaspoonsminced peeled fresh ginger Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a bowl; cover and chill.
Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

* 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice ; (approx. juice of 1 lemon) * 1/4 cup Fresh lime juice ; (approx. juice of 3 limes) * 3 tablespoons Frozen orange juice concentrate * 1 1/2 teaspoons Red wine vinegar * 1 clove Garlic ; minced or pressed * 1/4 teaspoon Sugar * 1/2 teaspoon Salt * Black pepper ; to taste * 1/2 cup Olive oil
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously. Let stand 30 minutes before using to blend the flavours.
