Citrus Slice

Recently I tried a really yummy citrus slice and ive been trying to recreate it, i know that it has chopped up biscuits(like wine biscuits) not finely chopped either, coconut and i can see orange rind in the icing. I'm having trouble with the part that sticks the biscuits and coconut together. It's also not cooked. Does anyone have a recipe that sounds like this?? TIA :)

Add the condensed milk a little at a time, I've done the above recipe many times and sometimes a whole tin of condensed milk makes the slice very wet and soggy.Try half a tin first.
