I made some of these on Sunday and took a plate visiting.Stored reamining few in an airtight container.Went to get them out on Monday and noticed that three of them had what looked like green mould appearing?would this be because they were in an airtight container? advice on best way to store would be great before I make anymore.TIA

may not be mould could just be the juices from the mince leaching into the pastry. although with the humidity at the moment I would say to keep them in a fridge.

Thanks for that, good idea.I thought maybe it was the dye off the handy towel which I lined the container with.Will put them in fridge

I have put mine into an ice cream container, and then into the freezer. After that will keep them in the fridge.

We eat ours straight from the freezer.Yum
