Hi all,great day for baking today,have baked off 4 sultana loaves for gifts for xmas,would they be alright in snap lock bags and then wrapped in cellophane,dont want them to go mouldy.Usually just keep in tin and they keep a good week,but would like to give as gift for others.Cheers

I would be inclined to keep them refridgerated in this hot weather so they wont go moudly.

Hi Petal,yes that's what I was worried about too,think I will bag,wrap and store in fridge then take out at last minute befor giving gifts.
