When you make a cake ahead of time - do you ice then freeze or freeze then ice - does it make a difference if it is chocolate or fruit in the time that you ice it??thanks

I'd freeze it first, then ice it the night before, or on the day you need it. Maybe make sure its defrosted before you ice it too :)
