man i really wanted to make a cake but have realised i have no eggs left, bubs is asleep so don't wanna disturbed her so can't go to supermarket, any suggestions for some baking i can do that doesn't involve eggs i have all the other basic baking ingredients, Cheers!

Check THIS recipe out~! NO eggs, NO butter & NO milk~! ! !
Chocolate Cake
3 C flour 1/2 C cocoa 2 t baking powder 1/2 t salt 2 C brown sugar
then add ... 3/4 C oil 1 C cold water 2 T white vinegar
Bake at 180 deg C for 45-60 mins (keep an eye on it).

No problem dm - I think it is only right to give credit to the original poster & always endevour to do so. Even in the 'real world' ... as opposed to this 'cyber world' ... I still refer to the original poster if I have cooked something from here & recieved a complement for it. It can raise a few eyebrows to say I got the recipe from fisher or charlieb or darlingmole!
