I heard her speak, she is down to earth, modest and full of hope. The photographs she had of her daughter before and after were amazing. At no time during the seminar did she push her food, book or any of her products.I was impressed and I am a total cynic.

buzzy and I occasionally agree and this is one of those times - the OP has nothing to lose.If it were me I would be trying anything which is just how Rachel ended up with her ideas.

Please don't turn this thread into another "us v them' fight between posters of differing views on other subjects.

I know Rachael myself ... she is the niece of a friend of mine.
Jenna's Story is worth a read ... it's very informative and could be a big help.

Worth paying attention to then, both for her academic qualifications and her personal experience.

No I don't think she is a Nutritionist - she was a nurse and is a Personal Trainer but when I saw her speak she said all her nutritional information had just come from reading, trial and error etc.
