Muffin Mix

1 1/2 Cups sr flour
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of butter (150g)
3 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp milk

Mix together and bake at 160-170 degrees

you can add choc chips or cocoa or so on to this mix

Jessies sandcake recipe:

Jessie sand cake recipe -
125g butter
1 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 Tbsp cornflour
2 eggs
1 tspn vanilla essence.

Icing Sugar for dusting once cooled.

Place all ingredients in a bowl. beat until batter is smooth (approx 6 min). Pour mixture into greased and floured 20cm ring tin. Bake in moderate oven approx 30 mins

Ohh.. I've just made about 10 or more different flavoured cupcakes lately!!

Cookies and cream, orange choc, rainbow, after dinner mint, rocky road... all good!!
