Hi follks, looking for ideas for clubs sandwiches... But I am making life harder for myself. It is a school function - and our school requests that children don't have whole eggs in their lunches (like egg sandwiches) - so don't want an egg filling. AND, going to make them at about 9am and serve around 4pm. - so don't want to use tomato...
Other ideas please... (I am stuck on ham, egg, lettuce and tomato! - two of which i have eliminated)
