I bought SR flour by mistake.The basic ingredients are 12 oz flour, 12 oz sugar, 12 oz butter, 5 eggs with 3lb of fruit.Plus golden syrup, pineapple and spices.Many thanks.

Personally I would'nt.Does your recipe have baking powder, if so do not put it in.Your recipe sounds nice.

Thanks for that.No, it doesn't have BP in it.Yip, it's a lovely recipe and I have been making the same recipe for years.Have about 30 to make this year!!!Better get started eh?
