I'm after a banana loaf recipe that makes a good sized loaf,thats nice and moist.I want to make 4 or 5 at a time so I'd like it not to be too expensive to make.I'm looking forward to your posts !

I love my banana coconut loaf - you can replace half the coconut milk with normal milk to make it cheaper if you prefer - but it is very moist and delicious, I think worth the extra expense. ;-)
