I know it's been done to death, and I've searched some threads, but just wondering if someone could give me the ingredients for a basic 500gm loaf breadmaker. I know the method, but have lost my manual and can't remember the amounts.Thanks.

What brand breadmaker do you have.

Kambrook. Would it make any difference though? I tried searching online for the manual, but didn't have much luck, the one place I did find wanted me to cough up $32USD for it!

#2 sunbeam 11/2 tsps yeast 2 cups flour 2 tsps skim milk powder 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsps marg 220mls water this recipe doesn't give a setting, I would just go basic small.
I also have a great french loaf breville recipe but it is for 1 kg, perhaps it could be halved? haven't tried it tho. Will post if you like. . .
